Not satisfied with your Simpli-Cinch? Please reach out via the Contact Form before initiating a refund request; we'd like to see if we can help! If you'd still like to return your Simpli-Cinch, please pack it in a bubble mailer (or even the one you received it in) to return via USPS or your preferred shipper. Once your return request is received via the Contact Form, a ship-to address will be provided.

Refund Policy

A refund request must be initiated within 7 days of purchase via the Contact Form. A refund in the amount of the product's original price will be sent to you within 7 business days after receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs, taxes, and fees are excluded from the refund amount.

If your Simpli-Cinch fails within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a new one at no charge. A description or photos of the failure may be requested for quality control purposes. Please reach out via the Contact form to start a replacement request.
